The GOLD LINE is coming!!

Gold Line Construction update:
The new traffic light at Grandview and Vance is operating!
On March 25, Olde Wadsworth will be completely closed for construction with no pedestrian access. The time estimate is two months but that is subject to change. Water Tower Liquors and Fire and Ice will be open and accessible during construction.
To approach Olde Town from the south, detours will be established on Vance Street (one block east) and Allison Street (one block west).
The Flour Mill Lot will is closed permanently and work on the parking garage is underway. It is expected that construction will take until June, 2016.
Additional Olde Town parking is just down the hill on Vance Street in the Vance Lot (formerly Movie Theater overflow lot) and on Olde Wadsworth at the Vineyard Church. A shuttle system to and from those lots is expected to be in place in April.
Park Place Olde Town Construction update:
Construction is underway for Park Place Olde Town, an new 153 unit apartment at the corner of Ralston Road and Wadsworth Bypass. It is expected to be opening in about a year. The pre-leasing process will begin soon.
