Five Colorado small cities are on Money magazine’s latest list of America’s 100 “best places to live,” with Arvada at #58. The magazine said it chose small cities for strong local economies, good schools, affordable homes and low crime rate, among other factors. Cites on the list range from 50,000 to 235,000 population. Other Colorado towns to make the list are Ft Collins, Broomfield, Loveland, and Highlands Ranch. The magazine boasts, "though its population now surpasses 100,000, Arvada manages to retain a small-town feel and strong sense of community." Congratulations Arvada! July 13th- August 8th, 2010

Sing along with us to “Don’t be Cruel", “Jailhouse Rock” and “Love Me Tender” as a square little town becomes “all shook up” when a motorcycle-riding roustabout rolls into town with a song in his heart and an eye for the ladies. All it takes is a little rock ‘n’ roll for the town to question its intolerance. With over 25 of Elvis Presley’s greatest hits, this musical is full of mishap and mischievous madness that is sure to rock the house. Visit arvadacenter.org for ticket information.
